This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the “User” and the “Website Developer/Website Moderator” in regard to any matter relating to or connected with the application “Docsvalley” the aggrieved party shall call upon the other party for a mutual discussion to redress the grievances or to explore the possibility of amicable settlement by giving 30 days written notice. In the event if either party fails to respond to such a notice for amicable settlement or if the parties cannot arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement, then the dispute between the parties shall be referred to the mutually agreed Arbitrator to be appointed by both the Parties, as per the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 and the amendment. The seat of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad which is going to be final and binding for both the parties and Court in Hyderabad alone shall have jurisdiction in regard to this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes relating to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts located at Delhi, India.

You and Docsvalley agree that any cause of action arising out of Your use of the Website must be commenced within 3 (three) months after the cause of action accrues or You become aware of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, whichever is later. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
