Electrical stimulation plus sound could decrease chronic pain

Scientists developed a new technique by combining transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation with the sound that activates the somatosensory cortex resulting in significant relief from chronic pain and sensory disorders in animal models. This technique is non-invasive, simple, and cost-effective compared to many conventional treatments for chronic pain.
